Job Description

• Responsible for entire recruitment cycle right from searching / sourcing and screening resumes to short-listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews
• Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position –Job portals, Candidate reference, Database, Networking, Linkedin, Head Hunting, etc.
• Conducting and coordinating recruitment drives
• Negotiating on the offer amount
• Maintaining CV database
• Preparing daily tracker reports

Position :  HR TRAINEE

Number of Vacancy – 5

 

Total Experience – 0-1 yrs (Fresher Can also apply )

Eligibility : Any Graduate – MBA in HR preferable

Eligibility – Good communication  in Hindi, English, Bengali, Basic computer knowledge
